Get started with your LibChat system! We'll walk you through the steps needed to set up chat in LibAnswers, including staffing chat departments and creating chat widgets. Then, we'll cover monitoring chat and chatting with patrons. Admin level functions are covered in the first half; the second half covers chat functions available to admin and regular level users.
