Your LibConnect Pro system includes patron field data that has been synced with patron data from your ILS. In addition to those preloaded fields, you also have the option to create and add your own custom patron fields to better assist in the creation of segments, building forms, running reports, and much more.

We'll cover:

  • Deciding what custom fields you need for your email marketing
  • Creating custom fields
  • Using custom fields with segments, forms, and reports
