About:

THIS SESSION HAS BEEN CANCELED.

We have another repeat session on Tuesday, Sep 15 @1pm. Register to attend live or watch the recording.

Turning Everyday Library Activity into Community Mobilization

Scattered across your library's systems are lists of your potential future advocates:

  • The patrons who read your emails
  • The families who never miss storytime
  • The small business that books your meeting rooms
  • Patrons who visit your fundraising pages
  • Your most active ebook readers
  • Patrons who have recently checked out a book

Most libraries struggle to see these lists, let alone act on them. LibConnect Pro can. It centralizes the everyday activity you’re already collecting from program attendees, space bookers, email readers, and ebook downloaders into actionable patron segments. So when funding is on the line, you’re not messaging every cardholder equally – you’re reaching your most engaged patrons first, and following up automatically with everyone else. Join us to see how LibConnect Pro finds your advocates for you and turns routine library data into real community mobilization when it matters most.

This 1-Hour Webinar Will Cover:

  • Overview of LibConnect Pro
  • Overview of integration points with your ILS, LibCal, and eBook/eAudiobook vendors
  • Deep dive into user segments, emails, and journeys
  • Time for Q&A
