Learn how your Public Library can use LibAnswers features to better serve your clients. We will look at creating FAQs, tracking user searches, LibAnswers Ticketing system and our chat service. This session will be an overview of these features, all are welcome to attend, you don't need to have a current LibAnswers subscription.
