This session is geared towards LibCRM admins and covers setup, importings profiles, and using your LibCRM system. We'll discuss Projects & Tasks as well as Reporting.

- Connecting LibCRM to LibCal and LibAnswers
- Importing your LibCRM profiles
- Analyzing Customer Profiles and recording interactions
