Determining user satisfaction can be tricky when you're answering questions remotely, like through tickets in LibAnswers. However, you can enable quality of service features for queues to automatically survey patrons about their experience and review their ratings and comments. This session walks you through setting up these features.

We'll cover:

  • Enabling quality of service surveys
  • Customizing survey metrics and related email templates
  • Revewing ratings and comments
