About:
As new challenges arise in reopening buildings and bringing back patrons, your FAQs may require regular updating, enhancing, and improving. In this session, we will look at how to keep our content as current as possible with FAQs. We will also review Query Spy data and creating FAQs to meet patron queries. This session assumes a base knowledge of LibAnswers FAQs.
We'll cover:
- Using Widgets to streamline content
- Scheduling publishing dates
- Reviewing Query Spy data to identify needed FAQs
- Embedding Video Content in FAQs
- Using metadata
