Reviewing Chat transcripts and feedback is an essential part of a strong chat service. Join us for tips and tricks to review and manage chat ratings, comments, and feedback.
We'll cover:
- Workflows for reviewing transcripts
- Customizing chat widgets to request ratings and comments
- Sharing links to surveys within the chat conversation and widget
- Reviewing individual ratings and comments, as well as Quality of Service statistics
- Providing feedback to Cooperative chat operators
