It's LibGuides Enhancements Week! Join us for a 20-minute mini-session as we look at adding a dismissable alert box to LibGuides homepages. This box is great for last minute announcement like weather related issues, holiday closures, or service interruptions that you want to appear each time a patron visits the page.

Heads up! This session will involve editing template code and HTML (example code provided).

We'll cover: 

  • Creating the alert box
  • Adding the box to a homepage template
