SUMMARY:New Feature: ILS Patron Lookup in LibAnswers
DESCRIPTION:If your Library has an ILS Integration set up in LibApps\, you 
 can now look up a patron ID to view checkouts\, holds\, and fine data (when 
 available from the ILS!) on the LibAnswers ticket answer page. When in a 
 live chat\, a chat operator can use the new Patron Lookup tab to look up 
 the patron ID field and view checkouts. \n\nIn this short session\, we'll 
 learn more about how the Patron lookup feature works and see it in action 
 in LibAnswers.\n\nNote: Setting up an ILS integration must be done by a 
 LibApps admin (not just a LibAnswers admin). This integration is different 
 from LibAuth and must be enabled separately.
