Chatbot is here to help lighten the load on your chat operators by being the first point of contact for patrons.
- Use our chatbot flows to gather patron information like their name and email, or to provide folks with a selection of FAQs to answer common questions like: “What are your hours?” or “How do I renew an item?“.
- If patrons need more help, chatbot will be able to pass those requests over to your live chat operators, or create tickets in your chosen ticket queue for follow up.
