Douglas College created a dashboard in Excel to investigate our students’ reference usage over the years. By saving our LibAnswers transactions in a simple database, we used queries to enhance the data with our college’s academic years, terms, other data points which let us see long-term trends in usage. You too can tailor your data to suit your institute’s needs with tools you already have.
