About:
This session will allow new Patron Point users to walk away with a deeper understanding of four key user elements: patron profiles, segment building, the email builder, and reports. Learn how to navigate profiles and learn more about your patrons, build dynamic lists of those patrons, utilize the email builder to create alluring designs for your emails, and finally, pull all information together in customized reports.
In this session, you will learn about:
- Navigating patron records
- The basics of Segment creation
- Adding links for LibCal events
- Adding links to LibWizard Surveys
- Understanding email types
- Using the Email Builder
- Running reports and more!
