Learn how to save time by setting up shared and personal macros to reply to LibAnswers tickets as well as shared and personal canned messages for LibChat in this short session. This makes answering tickets and chats more efficient and consistent. theme: Know your patrons
We'll cover:
- Creating macros for ticket replies and transfers (including SMS macros)
- Making use of template tokens
