If your patrons tend to text more than make phone calls or emails, SMS messaging might be for you! Each queue in LibAnswers can be assigned an SMS number for an additional fee. Join us for this session if you’d like to learn how to best use text messaging in LibAnswers and reach your patrons in a quick and easy way!
We'll cover:
- Setting up your SMS service
- Sending and receiving SMS messages
- Setting up auto-responses to SMS messages
- Claiming SMS messages in LibChat
- Analyzing your SMS usage
