Join us for a 30-minute session as we look at adding LibChat widgets to LibGuides sites. Chat widgets are the perfect way to provide help to patrons viewing your guides, A-Z list, and other LibGuides content. 

Heads up! We won't cover creating/customizing LibChat widgets in this session.

We'll cover:

  • Understanding LibChat widget types
  • Locating chat widget embed code
  • Adding slide out & floating widgets site-wide
  • Embedding button or in-page chat widgets in guides
