Join us for a 30-minute session as we look at adding LibChat widgets to LibGuides sites. Chat widgets are the perfect way to provide help to patrons viewing your guides, A-Z list, and other LibGuides content.
Heads up! We won't cover creating/customizing LibChat widgets in this session.
We'll cover:
- Understanding LibChat widget types
- Locating chat widget embed code
- Adding slide out & floating widgets site-wide
- Embedding button or in-page chat widgets in guides
