Bite-sized training sessions that are easy to digest! Join us for a 20 minute mini-session as we look at ways to set up reusable messages in LibAnswers. These will save you from typing out the same replies over and over again!
We'll cover:
- Creating macros for ticket replies and transfers (including SMS macros)
- Making use of template tokens
- Setting up canned messages for LibChat
