About:
Chat widgets can be monitored by individuals, departments, local co-ops and global co-ops. In this session, learn how to create a chat widget with one or more fallback options, so that chats can be answered by a back up option that you select.
We’ll cover:
- Creating a new widget
- Adding and removing fallback options
- Timed fallback options for co-ops
- Determine when your widget will be online or offline
