Gwinnett Technical College is a long-time subscriber to Springshare’s LibGuides and other applications. They finalized access to LibCal Seats on August 7, 2020 and launched it just in time for the first day of our Fall 2020 semester, August 10.  Along the way they've implemented procedures to make the most of the LibCal features to facilitate safe in-person library access during the pandemic and increase overall engagement with students.  

Deborah George is Director of Library Services at Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, Georgia.  Gwinnett Tech is one of 22 institutions within the Technical College System of Georgia.  She holds a MS degree in Library and Information Science from Florida State University and BA degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Following Deborah's presentations, Springshare trainers will walk you through setting up and using LibCal Seats at your library.
