About:
Whether you've inherited a LibAnswers system and you're just not sure what's going on with it, or you're feeling the need for a thorough Springy Cleaning, this session is for you! We'll discuss ways to clean up and streamline your existing LibAnswers site. Join us for a 30-minute session with tips and tricks that you can put into practice right away. We will review 5 important parts of your LibAnswers system and how you can get them in shape!
We'll cover:
- Checking FAQs for infrequent updates or low usage
- Reviewing FAQ Groups
- Cleaning up and using Keywords and Topics
- Looking at QuerySpy data
- Exploring publishing workflow
