About:
In this session, we will show you how to create a guide for Special Collections. We'll discuss what sort of content you may want to include to introduce users to your collection and services you provide.
This session assumes a base knowledge of LibGuides. If you are new to LibGuides we recommend that you watch or attend the Building a Guides Session prior to this one.
We'll cover:
- Adding Images and Text
- Including embedded widgets
- Using link assets to connect to finding aids
- Adding policy documents
- Simple styling techniques for boxes and text
