FAQs are public, searchable, frequently asked questions that you want to share with your library community. While easy to create, more effective FAQs can be elusive. The purpose of this session is to give regular and admin users tips on creating more visually appealing, user-friendly, and readable FAQs.
We'll cover:
- Applying writing for the web techniques to FAQs
- Formatting options and maintaining accessibility
- Adding accessible images
- Reviewing statistics and Query Spy results to increase discoverability

Webinar Software
