LibChat Integrated into PowerNotes

Explore a unique integration between PowerNotes and Springshare's LibChat! PowerNotes patrons will be able to launch a live LibChat experience, powered by LibAnswers, right from their PowerNotes browser plugin or the PowerNotes project outline screen. This makes it easy for your patrons to ask questions right when and where they need it the most - when they're doing research. This exciting partnership brings your patrons one step closer to localized 'Get Help' resources at the point-of-need.

Note: Subscription to both LibAnswers w/ LibChat and PowerNotes is needed for the integration to work.
