Every library needs forms and surveys! There are dozens of ways you might use LibWizard forms in your library - from collecting basic information from interested volunteers, to gathering feedback on your existing services.

In this beginner-friendly session, you'll learn the basics of creating, editing and publishing a form and analyzing the results. 

We'll cover:

  • Understanding options for forms and surveys
  • Building a form for a special service 
  • Creating a satisfaction survey
