1:00pm - 2:00pm (Eastern Time - US & Canada) change time zone

About:

Academic libraries play a critical role in student success, extending beyond research support to career readiness. Join us for a webinar exploring how CareerShift, an all-in-one job search and career management tool, can help libraries empower students with the resources they need to navigate today’s job market.

Guest speaker Noah Simon, Director of Career and Professional Development at the University at Albany, will share how their institution is leveraging CareerShift to support students in their job searches, networking, and career exploration. We’ll also discuss how libraries can collaborate with career services—or take the lead—in providing access to this essential tool.

This 1-hour webinar will cover:

  • How CareerShift aligns with academic library services and student success initiatives
  • Insights from the University at Albany’s experience using CareerShift
  • A live demonstration by Springy Val of CareerShift’s job search and networking features
  • Time for Q&A
