LibCal is known as an online event calendar for libraries, but it offers so much more than just events! With LibCal you can offer online study room booking, one on one appointments, a Library of Things, ticket and museum pass lending, create accessible wayfinding for spaces and collections and lots more!

Join us for a one hour session where we will take a tour of all of the features of LibCal. This session is for anyone who is new to LibCal, or anyone who might be using only one part of LibCal, but would like to learn more about other features. 

We'll cover: 

  • Using Events for online and in person programs
  • Understanding the Spaces module for study room and meeting room bookings
  • Offering 1-1 Appointments for passports, tech help, writing center, genealogy research
  • Lending technology, Library Of Things, or tickets and museum passes
  • Getting started with LibMaps for collection wayfinding and spaces booking
