Is your Library a new contributing member to the 24/7 Co-Op? Or, are you a new admin of a Co-Op? Join us to learn the basics of Co-Op setup and administration.
We'll cover:
- Adding users to the Co-Op
- Preparing your Library's Policies & FAQs
- Setting up LibChat widgets
- Scheduling in the 24/7 Co-Op
- Monitoring the Co-Op and answering chats
- Reviewing transcripts, feedback, and Co-Op stats.
