Oral History is so important for recording the stories of smaller communities. These local histories, family stories, folk tales and songs can also be transcribed and stored in your guides!
This session assumes a base knowledge of LibGuides. If you are new to LibGuides, we recommend that you watch or attend the Building a Guide Session prior to this one.
We'll cover:
- Examples of guides showcasing oral history
- Creating the guide
- Adding audio and video files to your guide
- Adding a transcript to your guide
- Other ideas for your guide
