You can learn a lot about what your patrons use and what they need by tracking your LibGuides statistics. In this session, we will look at the updated stats module for the new A-Z database page as well as revisit the other valuable stats you can find in your site.
We’ll cover:
- Understanding the new stats module for the A-Z Database page (including the new “Database Issue Alerts” feature)
- Gathering statistics for guides, assets and your LibGuides homepage
- Improving your library’s services based on your stats
