Join us for a 20-minute overview of LibAnswers -- our all-in-one virtual reference platform. We'll introduce:

  • Providing a knowledge base of FAQ pages and groups
  • Answering realtime patron questions via LibChat
  • Replying to questions sent by email, form, text, and social media
  • Tracking reference interactions with Ref. Analytics
  • Keeping patrons up-to-date with the System Status Management Tool

We'll also take a quick look at the 24/7 LibAnswers Chat Cooperative.

This session is aimed towards those just getting familiar with LibAnswers or looking to implement a new workflow/feature. While it won't walk through individual settings, it will provide you with a launching point for future LibAnswers training sessions!
