About:
Join us for a 20-minute overview of LibAnswers -- our all-in-one virtual reference platform. We'll introduce:
- Providing a knowledge base of FAQ pages and groups
- Answering realtime patron questions via LibChat
- Replying to questions sent by email, form, text, and social media
- Tracking reference interactions with Ref. Analytics
- Keeping patrons up-to-date with the System Status Management Tool
We'll also take a quick look at the 24/7 LibAnswers Chat Cooperative.
This session is aimed towards those just getting familiar with LibAnswers or looking to implement a new workflow/feature. While it won't walk through individual settings, it will provide you with a launching point for future LibAnswers training sessions!

If your Library has an ILS Integration set up in LibApps, you can now look up a patron ID to view checkouts, holds, and fine data (when available from the ILS!) on the LibAnswers ticket answer page....
