In this session, we will use Query Analyzer to take a look at how patrons search your FAQ database. We will cover tips to better address patron needs, improve metadata, and make sure your users find the most relevant FAQs. You’ve got the data in your LibAnswers system…let’s use it to drive improvements to your FAQs.
Users should already have a base understanding of LibAnswers.
