Before the school year begins, let's make sure your patrons know where to find homework help! Every library can anticipate the questions that students using your library will ask! Whether it's general research questions or specific projects that flood the reference desk at the same time every year, you can be prepared with FAQs and other tools to assist.
We'll cover:
- Setting up an FAQ group for Homework Help
- Adding/editing a new FAQ
- Linking to relevant research materials
- Connecting students to instruction and/or appointments
