Do you host events at your library and want a more engaging way to reach your patrons? Does your library newsletter need more subscribers? Join us for our first Learning Lab of 2024, where LibCal and Patron Point will take center stage.

We are excited to welcome guest presenter Jill Yott, Communications Coordinator from the Indian Prairie Public Library. Jill will discuss how she uses LibCal and Patron Point to support her library's "sold out" events and weekly newsletter with over 28K subscribers!


Following Jill’s presentation, the Springys will take you on a quick tour of LibCal and Patron Point so you’ll be ready to hit the ground running and start boosting your own programming and outreach efforts.

Jill is the Communications Coordinator for the Indian Prairie Public Library in Darien, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Jill has worked in marketing for over 25 years, most of those years at libraries and community colleges, as well as freelancing and volunteering in communications-orientated roles. In her spare time, she can be found cheering on her teenage sons at the baseball fields with her Black Labrador at her feet or running loops around the neighborhood (eight marathons and counting.)
