About:
Patron Point allows users to tap into patron information beyond that of the ILS. Use forms to engage your patron base with a feedback survey, or add numbers to your targeted lists with an email sign-up form. Users can even expand or further customize their contact lists with patron imports utilizing a CSV file.
In this session, you will learn about:
- How to create custom Fields
- The basics of building Forms
- How to create patron records
- How to format CSV files and do patron imports
- Learn how to export data from LibCal and use it for Patron Point Segments & Campaigns
