It is now possible to update your site's privacy scrub settings within LibAnswers! In this session for LibAnswers Admins, we'll show you how to set up a new privacy scrub for your site, or make changes to your existing privacy scrub options.
NOTE: If you already have a privacy scrub enabled and you do not wish to make changes, there is no action needed.
We'll cover:
- Understanding the purpose of privacy scrubs
- How to set a scrub for Tickets
- How to set a scrub for Chats
- How to set a scrub for Reference Analytics
- How to set a scrub for NPS
