About the Presenters:

Ian Downie is President of Springshare’s Public Libraries Division. With over 15 years of experience working with public libraries, Ian is the founder of collectionHQ, which was acquired by Baker & Taylor in 2011 and Patron Point, Inc., the marketing automation business, which was acquired by Springshare last year.

Lilly Sundell-Thomas is Lead Marketing Specialist for Public Libraries at Springshare. With nearly a decade of public library experience, Lilly has worked in various roles ranging from Programming and Outreach Librarian to Assistant Director.

Together, Ian and Lilly offer an approachable method to library marketing that aims to showcase the amazing work that libraries are already doing!
