Does your library use mediation for meeting room reservations? If your spaces need to be approved by a staff member before being confirmed, this session is for you! We'll cover the basic workflows for space mediation, as well as address common questions.
We'll cover:
- Selecting staff to mediate space reservations
- Understanding notifications for mediation requests
- Editing and reviewing your mediation email templates
