About:
LibAnswers has two very useful new features: priority levels and workflows! You are now able to assign priority levels to tickets to ensure that the most urgent matters are handled first. Additionally, automated workflows can add tags and priority levels to tickets and route them to the appropriate queue or user. Join us for this session and learn how to use these tools to answer patron questions as effectively as possible.
We'll cover:
- Activating and customizing priority levels
- Tagging tickets automatically
- Setting up and managing workflows
