If you are a regular-level LibAnswers user who's just getting started with answering tickets, this session is for you. We'll show you some basic tools and tips that will help you provide the best answers to your patrons in the most efficient way.
We'll cover:
- Setting up views
- Creating Macros
- Answering tickets via email (and the new feature of changing ticket status via email!)
- Following, relating, and merging tickets
- Effective searching of the Ticket Knowledge Base
