Putting your best foot forward with new patrons starts with your card registration process. Join our February Learning Lab where guest speaker Amber McLain will pull back the curtain on how the Lakeland Library Cooperative delights new patrons and saves crucial staff time with automated account creation and card renewals via Patron Point's Verify program.

Amber McLain is the Member Services Manager for the Lakeland Library Cooperative in Grand Rapids, Michigan, which serves 41 libraries across eight counties that cater to over 150,000 patrons each month. She is in charge of patron-facing technology that supports libraries, such as Patron Point, their cooperative's app, and platform training.
