In this session, we'll talk about using SMS messaging in Patron Point. Using examples from existing customers, you'll see how patrons can receive SMS notifications for hold pickups, overdue items, and more. SMS messages include links to a full HTML notice with your library's branding. Even better, our new SMS dashboard allows you to see your SMS usage.
