LibGuides is designed to be accessible right out of the box! But as a guide creator, you need to know basic accessibility practices to ensure that the text and other content that you add to your guide is accessible, too. Join us to learn how to keep your guide titles, box titles and rich text areas accessible.
We'll cover:
- Understanding WGAG guidelines at the A and AA level that apply to your guide titles, box titles and rich text areas
- Using Headings, Page Titled, Sensory Characteristics, and Contrast guidelines.
- Reviewing your site using accessibility testing tools
