About:
A LibAnswers Cooperative allows librarians across multiple LibAnswers sites to provide collaborative chat reference through LibChat. Librarians answer patron chats on behalf of all member libraries within the cooperative. The 24/7 Global Cooperatives, staffed by contributing member libraries and dedicated Springy reference librarians, provide continuous chat reference to patrons when local staff are unavailable.
