About:
Seats is an add-on to your existing LibCal site allowing your library users to reserve study carrels, tables, and other indivdual seats in your building. This session covers the day-to-day management of Seats in your library. For set up, see the LibCal Seats Setup session.
We'll cover:
- Viewing real time capacity reporting
- Checking in and out for patrons
- Using the booking explorer and creating reservations from the staff interface
- Viewing past reservations for contact tracing
