About:
LibAnswers allows you to create an online knowledge base of FAQs that your patrons can access 24/7. If one of your responsibilities is to create and update your FAQs, this session is for you. It is geared toward regular-level users (though admins are also welcome!).
We'll cover:
- Three ways to create FAQs (and a bit on FAQ groups!)
- Best practices for effective FAQs
- Ensuring your FAQs are accessible
