Chatbot serves as the first point of contact for your online patrons, guiding them through options, and passing them on to a resource or staff member as needed. There are hundreds of potential uses for chatbot. In this short session, we'll show you step by step how to integrate a LibWizard user satisfaction survey in Chatbot and embed it in a widget on your library website.

Note: Chatbot is available for most LibAnswers sites! Chatbot can be used whether or not your library currently uses live chat operators.
