About:
Chatbot sirve como el primer punto de contacto para sus usuarios en línea, guiándolos a través de opciones y pasándolos a un recurso o miembro del personal según sea necesario. Chatbot puede enrutar las preguntas de los usuarios a departamentos de chat específicos, solicitar a su usuario que cree una nueva solicitud de LibAnswers, ejecutar una búsqueda de LibGuides o LibAnswers o incluso dirigirlos a un recurso de LibCal o un formulario de LibWizard. El Chatbot se puede usar ya sea que su biblioteca use o no operadores de chat en vivo.
