About:

Design Automated Emails to Show Your Purr-sonality

Stand out from the crowd and deepen your connection with patrons! Join guest speaker Christina Sacco as we walk through Chattanooga Public Library’s decision to revamp their operational emails with a non-traditional approach. By taking advantage of automated emails with Patron Point and librarian stereotypes, Chattanooga harnessed the power of cat memes to improve patron retention, increase engagement, and reduce lost materials over the last year. 😻

This 1-hour presentation will cover:

  • Introduction to automated emails with Patron Point by Springy Lyndsay
  • How emails can save staff time
  • Chattanooga's strategy for personalizing emails to the community
  • The methods used to measure results
  • Time for Q&A
Do you have the curiosity of a cat? Here's a sneak peek of one of Chattanooga Public Library’s emails, sent as part of their Patron Point Renew campaign for patrons with expired library cards.

Registration is required. There are 496 seats available.
