Join us for this express session and learn how to set up hours and availability for bookable spaces and seats. We'll cover how to configure Spaces to offer your patrons flexible or fixed booking times. For institutions which schedule cleaning throughout the day, you can set new templates to have multiple opening and closing times in a day, and even customize hours for each day of the week.  

We'll cover: 

  • How to create availability for flexibile booking times (e.g. someone may make a reservation for 1 hour, and up to 3 hours at any point during your open hours.)
  • How to create availability for fixed bookings times (e.g. patrons may book a space for a 3 hour time slot only. They can select from designated start times which you choose.)  
  • Using the new weekly custom hours template to create closures during the day.
  • How to determine whether you need to use daily templates for period based booking.
