Chatbot - Coming Fall, 2022!

Chatbot functionality will be coming live this Fall but you'll get a sneak-peak in this webinar!

Chatbot is here to help lighten the load on your chat operators by being the first point of contact for patrons.

• Use our Chatbot flows to gather patron information like their name and email, or to provide folks with a selection of FAQs to answer common questions like: “What are your hours?” or “How do I renew an item?“.
• If patrons need more help, Chatbot will be able to pass those requests over to your live chat operators, or create tickets in your chosen ticket queue for follow up.

LibCal Heat Maps - Available Now

Heat maps works with LibCal's interactive mapping module to show you hot and cool spots in your library buildings.
